Our house is located in the historical centre of Loceri. The village is about 15 km away from the east coast and half the distance between the ports of Olbia and Cagliari.

You reach Loceri in each 2,5 hours car drive form the ferry ports or airports via the state roads Olbia-Nuoro-Lanusei, Porto Torres/Alghero-Nuoro-Lanusei and Cagliari-Tortoli.

If You prefer to spend some more time and enjoy Sardinia´s wild and beautiful landscapes, You can take for example the coast road from Olbia to Tortoli with breathtaking views at craggy mountains and canyons.  Via Nuoro it is worthwhile the drive on the old state road over the Passo Correboi, which gives a free sight at the massif Gennargentu with Sardinia´s highest climax, the Punta la Marmora.

The village Loceri is situated centrally in the region Ogliastra, which makes up with a variety of sites, natural beauties and some of Sardinia´s (and maybe of the Mediterranean) most beautiful beaches.
